Wij zijn nu ruim dertien weken oud en volgens mijn baas wordt het tijd dat ik naar school ga. Dat schijnt alles te maken hebben met zo-zie-a-lizeren … geen notie wat dat inhoudt, maar het moet gebeuren volgens hem. Dat zo-zie-a-liseren is overigens al langer aan de gang, want ik moest mee naar de groothandel; een soort restaurant, maar dan voor honden. Best interessant moet ik zeggen, allemaal lekkere geurtjes en allemaal spullen om op te eten of op te kauwen en dat laatste is best lekker voor de melktanden. Ik trof daar ook een baasje met haar grote Duitse Dog … ziet er imposant uit zo’n langbenig monster, maar het beest had zijn blaas niet in bedwang, met als gevolg dat zijn begeleidende dame een hoogrode kleur kreeg. En mijn baas maar lachen.
Ondertussen heb ik ook kennis gemaakt met de andere leden van mijn familie: de Landseer van de baas zijn zoon en de Engelse setter van de zus van de bazin. Lomperikken zijn het, maar goed ik ben er niet bang voor. We rijden daar dan heen met de auto. Beide bazen voorin en de hele kofferbak is dan voor mij. Ze hebben daar een hondenrek in gebouwd en dat is net zo knus als mijn bench … gewoon een hol voor mijzelf, maar dan in de auto. Vanavond moet ik met de bazin weer naar puppy training. Er wordt dan veel van je verwacht. “Zitten” schijnt erg belangrijk te zijn voor mensen, want met regelmaat zegt het vrouwtje “zit”. Wat dit voor nut heeft weet ik niet, maar het levert als beloning in ieder geval een lekker ‘snoepje’ op en net als bij mensen: ook mijn liefde gaat door de maag. Het volgende bevel is “af”, daar snap ik het nut helemaal niet van, maar goed, ook dit levert een hondenbrokje op.
Overdag mag ik ook met de baas wandelen en dan hoef ik niet aan de riem … van de ene kant prachtig, maar van de andere kant moet ik dan goed opletten dat de man niet te ver van mij wegloopt … hoort allemaal bij dat zo-zie-a-liseren want we komen dan ook andere honden tegen en dat is zo leuk, dat ik dan soms vergeet dat mijn baas een andere kant oploopt en dan moet ik keuzes maken. En als ik dan voor die andere hond kies, vindt mijn baas dat weer niet leuk. Volwassen worden is ingewikkelder dan ik had gedacht Oh ja, bij de dierenarts ben ik enige tijd geleden ook geweest. Ook die vogel (gewone vent, maar dan in een witte jas) probeert je te paaien met hondenbrokjes, maar voor dat het zover is krijg je wel eerst een prik in je billen opdat je niet ziek wordt. Nou ja, dat moet dan maar.

Genuine reaction is that I will probably think about this on and off for a few days, and a look at cougarfloret added fuel to that, the best content lingers in your head after you close the tab rather than evaporating immediately and this site clearly knows how to write that kind of memorable content.
If you scroll past this site without looking carefully you will miss something, and a stop at cobraboulder extended that mild warning, the surface of the site does not advertise its quality loudly which means careful attention is required to recognise what is being offered here which is itself a kind of editorial signal.
