Hij (die dierenarts) denkt dat ik hierdoor ‘gemakkelijker’ de praktijk binnen kom. ’t Zal wel iets met klantenbinding te maken hebben. Ik heb dan niet eens een gesprek met de man zelf maar met een van zijn assistenten. Ach, het levert een hondenkoekje op en daar doe ik veel voor. Nou, dat doet mijn baas ook. Ook belangrijk zijn mijn oren, want voordat je het weet zijn ze vuil en krijg je een ontsteking.
