Het is een tijdje geleden dat ik weer eens iets van me liet horen maar ik ben er nog hoor. Ik ben inmiddels 6,5 maanden oud en bijna volgroeid. Het gaat supergoed met me. Ik heb het erg goed getroffen, vind ik. Er is bijna altijd iemand thuis en ik zit overdag dan ook zelden in mijn bench. Maar goed ook, want ik heb er een bloedhekel aan. Ik ben graag urenlang bezig in de tuin en kan makkelijk een hele voormiddag lekker in mijn eentje stoeien. Ik ben gek op grote, dikke ballen. Heerlijk vind ik het om er achteraan te hollen en ze dan lekker stuk te bijten. Ook ben ik helemaal weg van een tak die mijn baasjes met een koord vastgehangen hebben aan een boom. Ik kan er lekker op kauwen en aan gaan hangen. Alleen als het slecht weer is, vind je me niet gauw buiten. Ik ben best wel een verwend nest en lig met nat weer dan ook liever voor de verwarming dan dat ik buiten verkleum. Na een tijdje begin ik me binnen dan wel te vervelen en ga ik op zoek naar dingen die me kunnen bezighouden. Maar de dingen die ik extra leuk vind, worden me meestal snel verboden. Ik mag bijvoorbeeld niet met mijn poten op tafel om daar een blad papier te bemachtigen, ik mag niet op schoenen kauwen, ik mag niet in de zetel springen, ik mag niet lekker kauwen op de mat en ook de bovenverdieping mag ik niet gaan verkennen. Naar boven gaan doe ik toch wel als ik echt zin heb hoor. Ik leg me dan beneden in de gang op de mat en doe net of ik in een diepe slaap ben en zodra mijn baasjes denken dat ik even geen kwaad kan uithalen, spurt ik naar boven, neem gauw iets mee en leg me vliegensvlug terug op de mat. Ik vind het een superleuke bezigheid maar mijn baasjes vinden het not-done. Flauw hé.
Ik ben inmiddels gestart met de 2de cursus puppy-training. Ik vind het erg leuk. Tijdens de vorige cursus kregen we punten als we de trucjes goed geoefend hadden, ik was zowaar de eerste van de klas. Voor de lekkere snoepjes van de juf doe ik alles hoor.
Je doet me het grootste plezier om lekker met me gaan te wandelen. In de buurt is er een leuke plek waar zelden anderen mensen zijn en ik vind het heerlijk om daar te gaan wandelen met mijn baasjes. Ondertussen oefenen we een beetje zodat ik de commando’s kom, hier, los en zo ook op een andere plek dan thuis of in de les kan uitvoeren. Ik vind dat fijn. Zolang ze met me bezig zijn vind ik alles goed.
Ik mag ook heel vaak met de auto mee. Op zich vind ik in de auto zitten niet zo fijn, maar ik doorsta het dapper omdat ik weet dat er na een autoritje meestal een leuke activiteit volgt. Zo mag ik mee naar het verzorgingstehuis waar opa woont en dat is altijd heel leuk. De oudjes daar vinden me zo schattig en vertellen dan over de hond die zij vroeger in huis hadden of willen me strelen.
Zo, nu weer even buiten want het zonnetje is weer van de partij en ik voel de lentekriebels. Ik heb een buurhondje en dat staat vast al te wachten aan de andere kant van de draad om lekker gezellig samen te dollen.
